If my vehicle’s frame is damaged is it a total loss?
No, a car is a total loss only when the price of repair exceeds the insurance company’s determined value of the vehicle.  Most cars are built using a unibody (frame and body as one) construction.  Our highly skilled technicians, with the aid of our state of the art “Velocity” computerized laser measuring system, can return your vehicle to its original factory specifications.   If it’s determined that the frame section is damaged beyond repair, that section can simply be replaced.

Can I wash my car with new paint?
DO:
Wash you vehicle by hand with cool water and mild car wash solution using a soft cloth or sponge.  Wash your vehicle in the shade.  After 30 days have passed, apply a coat of wax and polish to the clean painted surface.

DO NOT:  Do not use a commercial car wash.  Stiff brushes or sponges could mar the finish and damage the surface.  Do not “Dry Wipe”, it will only scratch the finish.  Avoid parking under trees or utility lines, which are likely to attract birds.  Bird droppings have a high acid content and will damage freshly painted services.  Furthermore, tree sap can mar or spot the finish.  Do not spill gasoline, oil, antifreeze, transmission fluid, or brake fluid on the new finish.  Do not apply wax or polish to the fresh paint for 30 days.   Applying wax or polish to a freshly painted surface will not allow the new finish to dry and harden correctly.
